		<description>That&#039;s strange.  What size is the zip archive?  If it&#039;s not around 476KB it downloaded wrong.  When you look inside it without extracting it, can you navigate around easily enough? (no errors, say)  You could try extracting just the Portile directory by itself.  

I&#039;d appreciate feedback on whether any of the above advice helped...</description>

		<description>For some reason this isn&#039;t working for me.  I try to unzip it, and it claims that portile is 0 kb, and already exists, along with MACOSX_.  I&#039;m downloading the windows version, and I&#039;m running Vista.</description>
